TOS
The following is an agreement between Small Business Technology Solutions and its customers. In choosing to use any Small Business Technology Solutions services, the customer agrees to follow all of the terms that follow.
LIMITED SERVICES
Small Business Technology Solutions Web Hosting has limited resources, Disk space and Bandwidth will be limited to amount specified in plan unless otherwise agreed upon. If the bandwidth of a certain user starts to affect the system performance, the user will be contacted so that both parties may solve the problem.
NO GUARANTEE
We do everything we can to keep our services up and running 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The system is backed up with a UPS, but we STRONGLY recommend that you keep a copy of all of your files on your local machine as well as our server as unexpected happenings may occur. We do not offer any Guarantee, it is the customers responsibility to backup their own site, data, email, etc.
SCRIPTS
Any script(s) that impair the system or use too many system resources will be disabled with an attempt to contact the customer.
BACKGROUND SCRIPTS/PROGRAMS
No background scripts/programs may be run on any Small Business Technology Solutions machine unless pre-approved. These include, but are not limited to, BOTs, daemons, etc.
NO SPAM / EMAIL LIMITS
Under no circumstances may our system be used for any time of SPAM. SPAM simply being declared as anything that is transferred to someone that they have not signed up for (or have unsubscribed to). Our email systems have a limit of 200 emails per hour from any domain and a maximum message size of 10MB.
NO ILLEGAL USE
All use of the system must be for legal use (as declared by the United States of America). This includes, but is not limited to, illegally copied software, attacks to machine(s) via our machine(s), pornography, ILLEGAL MP3 reproduction, etc. (Links to such sites are not allowed.)
WHAT WILL HAPPEN
If any of the terms and conditions in this document are invalidated by the customer, the account will be immediately blocked, and Small Business Technology Solutions will attempt to contact them. There will be NO refunds on any already paid.
ALL DECISIONS UNDER OUR DISCRETION
At any time we may ban an account for abuse that we believe the user(s) is causing to the system. All decisions about disobedience to rules are solely of to Small Business Technology Solutions with their answer being final.
MAY CHANGE AT ANY TIME
This document may change at any time without warning. Attempts to contact all Small Business Technology Solutions customers will be made by electronic mail and/or US Postal Service mail. As soon as such changes are made (which will be posted at https://www.seeus4it.com), you agree to abide by them. If at time you disagree with any of the terms expressed in this document, please cancel your account and discontinue services IMMEDIATELY!
